All clothing is hand-sewn locally in Poland, using carefully selected high quality materials. We usually use french terry cotton (100% or mixed with polyester/polyamide) for our mainline clothing, density varies from 190 to 600 gsm depending on what we find the most suitable for a given garment. Most of the clothing is made to order but we also offer pre-made 1of1s. We ship in custom boxes and poly bags. Size charts are different for every item, you can view them on the product’s page. As for today, the website is the only place where Crimzone products are available, therefore trying on the goods before placing an order is not possible. However, please note that any product that you find not suitable due to its size can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

You can place an order only directly through this website. We always send the order confirmation and any further info, such as tracking, to the e-mail address provided in the data form. Available payment methods are: Direct bank transfer, PayU/PayPal (card payment or online transfer) and payment on delivery (only for customers located in Poland). If the payment on delivery option was selected during the purchase, the order is placed immediately. If Payu/PayPal is selected, the order is placed after the payment processing is completed. You can change the display currency between EUR and PLN but you will be asked to pay in PLN at checkout. Don’t worry about the currency exchange process – PayU or PayPal will do it for you. After choosing a direct bank transfer, you should send the transfer using account details provided after checkout.

We send our clothes almost everywhere on the planet earth.
The standard processing + shipping time from the moment of placing the order is:
3 to 5 business days for POLAND 
4 to 10 business days for EUROPE
7 to 21 business days for WORLDWIDE
These are just an estimate which can vary between products and exact locations. Please make sure to check
whether any of your items is a pre-order, the order is sent in one package.
All shipments are insured.

If you act quick enough, it is possible to change the product size and shipping address after contacting us via e-mail.
You can’t change the product type or add another product to your order – in that case you will need to cancel the order and place a new one.

You can make an exchange within 7 days of receiving the package. You can exchange each product only once, for a different size (while maintaining the same model and color). The product must be returned in its original packaging, and for legal reasons it has to be sent back with the receipt. The new product will be shipped as soon as we approve the returned product.
You can return a product that has been only tried on. Worn products are not returnable or exchangeable

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To make a return, please print and fill the form and add it to the package. For more info go to RETURNS

If it’s not yet sent, you can cancel the order by contacting the Customer Service via email. Please provide the number of the order to be canceled. Payments for a canceled order are refunded within maximum of 7 days from the moment of cancelation. The amount paid for the order is returned to the original payment method.

We only sell by online orders. It is not possible to make purchases at the company’s headquarters and we do not have a physical store.

Product reservation is not possible. To be sure about the availability of selected products, you need to finalize the payment.

The receipt is attached to the package. Don’t throw it away – it will be needed in case of return or exchange. If you want to receive an invoice, write it to us in the comment to the order, giving the invoice data and tax identification number. Otherwise, we will send a receipt as standard
